The devil may live in the details but he shares a place with design. Never cede the ground of details to chance, because it is the little things that have the power to delight or frustrate the most. it is the details compounded, that build the world

around us.

I believe that it is the small steps that make giant leaps, and I know that any choice made with intent can never be trivial. I know that our choices will cascade into our design, and flow into environments and shape the torrent of the lives we lead.

I know The ocean of our lives is built of the tiny drops of improvement. And I know we can all add to that depth, a detail that shapes, and smooths and flows to form the currents of our world. I know the world was built by people no smarter than myself, so I believe there is no excuse to stand insipid or idle and fail to shape in some way larger or small the world around  us. I know that every push forward is important because it's not the distance but the moving that really matters. I firmly believe that it is the smallest details that people connect to the deepest. I know we can change lives and shift the world for the better, maybe not always by great bounds but always steady degrees forward.
